Thank you for shopping with House of LIA LLC. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help with eligible returns and exchanges under the guidelines below.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items must include original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase is required

- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damanged after delivery
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide a solution.
We may request photos or additional information to verify the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider to process and complete the refund."
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- The return is due to an error by House of LIA LLC
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing after purchase. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing has started.
Shipping Location
House of LIA LLC currently ships within the United States Only.
